I help to build ecosystems of teams with responsible, accountable people who are willing to take on leadership roles as necessary.
WHY I DO IT AND WHAT I'VE DONE BEFORE.
Ever since I can remember, I've has been passionate about helping others. First as an Entrepreneur, building several companies together with exiting and great people, and the last 8 years as a Business Coach, I have the opportunity to do that every single day.
In my 25+ year carreer, I've worked with managers, executives, leaders and people in teams. I've been in many different roles mostly as a manager and executive.
Since 2012, I've dedicated myself to coaching, agile coaching, team coaching, executive and management coaching.
I've been coaching managers, teams, agile coaches ever since.
